These are Shipink's agreements with carriers and apply to every business with a Shipink account. You don't need to sign a separate contract.

Do the prices include VAT?

The calculator shows prices including 20% VAT by default. Turn the switch off to see prices excluding VAT.

Shipink rounds values above 1 desi to the nearest whole number. Shipments under 1 desi are charged at the 0 desi (document/envelope) rate.

Why do some carriers disappear at higher desi?

Each agreement has a maximum desi. If your package is above it, that carrier is shown as unavailable; use another carrier for larger packages.

Where do I see the final price?

When you create a shipment in the Shipink panel, the final price for every carrier is listed based on the recipient address and package details, with the cheapest option highlighted.

Rates are based on Shipink's agreements with carriers, apply to sender-paid domestic standard shipments in Turkey, and are calculated for a single package. Rates may change without notice; the final price is shown in the Shipink panel when you create a shipment.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Domestic shipping in Turkey is priced by desi: whichever is greater of the package's actual weight and its volumetric weight. Every carrier has a price table per desi.

Find the desi

Multiply width × length × height (cm) and divide by 3,000. If the actual weight (kg) is higher, the weight is used.

Round it

Desi is rounded to the nearest whole number. For example, 8.4 desi is priced as 8 and 8.6 desi as 9.

Read the table

The desi is matched to the carrier's price table, and 20% VAT is added on top.
