- Is there a setup fee?
- No, Shipink wonʼt charge you any setup fee outside the subscription cost. You can use all the services included in your plan without any extra charge. Additional fees might be applied in case of special integrations and custom requests.
- What counts as a shipment?
- Any shipping label that is generated through Shipink is considered a single shipment. Reprinting a prior shipping label is not counted as an additional shipment. Orders not fulfilled on Shipink will not count towards your limit.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
- Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately. Since pricing is per shipment, each shipment is billed at the rate of the plan that was active when it was created.
- Do I have to use Shipink's carrier agreements?
- No, you are not required to use Shipink's carrier agreements. You can add your own carrier agreements to Shipink and ship with your existing rates. You can also use both at the same time and choose the best option for each order.
- Do I need a credit card to try paid plans?
- No, you don't need to enter a credit card to upgrade to a paid plan. You can add your payment details at any time after upgrading.
- What happens if I exceed my monthly shipment limit?
- You'll be notified as you approach your shipment limit. If you exceed it, you can easily upgrade to the next plan and continue shipping.
